Devon Sims is the Executive Assistant to Deborah Sims. Devon studied at the California State University San Marcos. Growing up with a Wealth Advisor, Devon learned the power of budgeting, establishing good credit, and setting financial goals.

Deb Sims is a Wealth Advisor and CEO of two financial firms; Estate Management Group and Engaging Women in Wealth. Both firms were founded on loyalty, uncompromising quality, and exceptional personal service. Her mission is to provide personalized wealth management services to help her clients pursue their goals and to educate them on life’s complicated financial matters. Her offices are located in the heart of Historic Rancho Santa Fe, and Old Town, California.
The ChFEBC℠ designation is important to Deb because it enables her to help Federal employees better understand and maximize the benefits available to them. The Federal retirement benefits are complex and constantly updated requiring specific expertise in order to be able to best navigate them. Deb’s designation as a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant means she has undergone extensive training and has a thorough understanding of CSRS and FERS retirement annuities, the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), and other benefits that only federal government workers may have.
Along with her experience as a financial advisor on Wall Street and working with independent firms, she also has the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® certification, which signifies advanced knowledge of fiduciary responsibility and the ability to implement policies and procedures that meet a defined standard of care. Deb is dedicated to providing her clients with premier care and advice.
